Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized IT Systems & Google Workspace Administrator to support and optimize our core technology systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to our staff and clients.

  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding.

  • Assist with administration of core tech systems.

  • Advise and optimise technology for a real estate franchise company.

  • Gain valuable experience in real estate tech and contribute to organisational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT system administration.

  • Proven expertise in Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration).

  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations.

  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is a plus.
