What You Will Do:

  • Provide prompt IT support to employees, resolving software, application, printer, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet issues for minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and optimize servers, LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and phone cloud systems for seamless connectivity and operations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT incidents, perform equipment maintenance, and replace parts to restore systems quickly.
  • Manage user accounts, image laptops with Hellmann tools, set up workstations, and conduct IT orientations for smooth new employee onboarding.
  • Assign and verify IT equipment, replace broken devices, and maintain inventory files with scanned invoices and receipts for accurate tracking.
  • Oversee printer maintenance, replace toners and consumables, and manage mobile phone purchases, assignments, renewals, and app setups for full functionality.
  • Set up equipment and cabling for meetings, events, and new offices, ensuring proper connectivity.
  • Coordinate with vendors and regional IT for equipment specs, purchases, repairs (in/out-of-warranty), and support on IT gear, internet, mobiles, and CCTV.
  • Respond to break/fix requests for office equipment to maintain a productive workspace.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Hold a diploma or higher in an IT-related field to provide a strong foundation for technical excellence.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in IT support, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Teams, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Possess network diagnostic skills (switches, Wi-Fi, internet) with firewall knowledge as a plus to strengthen infrastructure.
  • Having experience in Microsoft Active Directory environments; familiarity with IS system deployment is an advantage.
  • Communicate effectively in English to build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
  • Stay organized and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership in managing IT cases and equipment maintenance, delivering solutions with confidence.
  • Work independently while maintaining a proactive, self-organized approach to responsibilities.
  • Show expertise in Windows, Office 365, and cloud applications to keep systems secure and up to date.
