We are seeking a skilled system administrator to join our global infrastructure team as a guardian of our production environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the health, performance, and scalability of our systems, applying software engineering principles to solve operational problems, and automating processes to exceed customer reliability expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, single points of failure, and scalability limits. Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for real-time insights into system behavior and rapid incident detection.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and resolution efforts.
  • Foster a culture of reliability by guiding software engineering teams on building resilient services and improving developer experience.
