**Insurance Operations Specialist Opportunity**

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client workflow and application tracking, leading intake and CRM management, relationship and communication management, and providing ad-hoc operational support.

As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure timely and professional communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, managing lead status tracking, and ensuring all interactions and updates are properly logged in the CRM or internal tracking systems.
