We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Investor Relations.

This role involves supporting investor relations, conducting market analysis, and maintaining accurate financial reporting.

  • Maintaining weekly Excel workbooks to track market metrics and company performance is an essential part of this position.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling and verifying data for fixed ticker lists using Nasdaq IR Excel plugin.
  • Create and refresh complex formulas ensuring 100% accuracy is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Rigorous QA checks against source data before any delivery are crucial to the success of this position.
  • Track Bitcoin treasury and mining metrics is another important task that the successful candidate will undertake.
  • Monitor and update BTC treasury tracker for companies adjusting Bitcoin holdings is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Analyze crypto market dynamics including hashrate, halving cycles, and HODL strategies is a critical responsibility of this position.
  • Track mining sector developments and their impact on valuations is another key task that the successful candidate will perform.
  • Benchmark against other public Bitcoin miners and digital asset companies is an important responsibility of this role.
  • Draft concise 'deal of the week' analysis for investor updates is another task that the successful candidate will undertake.
  • Produce investor-grade presentations distilling complex data into clear insights is a critical responsibility of this position.
  • Package deliverables with detailed changelogs and proper version control is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Support fundraising and financing materials preparation is another key task that the successful candidate will perform.
  • Conduct valuation analysis using mNAV, EBITDA multiples, and comparables is a critical responsibility of this position.
  • Troubleshoot data pulls and maintain consistent reporting standards is another important responsibility of this role.

This is not a bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who can analyze capital markets, track Bitcoin treasury movements, and produce high-quality materials that directly impact strategic decisions.
