Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced professional, you will play a vital role in our U.S-based campaign. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to customers regarding debt consolidation, repair services, and home improvement solutions such as roofing and solar panel installations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers through persuasive and confident interactions.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BPO experience is essential for this role.
  • You must have a proven background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing (B2B or B2C), or appointment setting.
  • Excellent tonality, a neutral or clear accent, and strong English proficiency are crucial for success in this position.
  • Additionally, you should be able to handle customer objections confidently and persuasively.
  • Resilience and adaptability are key traits for this role, as you will need to handle multiple rejections and work under pressure.
  • Finally, a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential for your long-term success in this position.
