We are seeking a Product Strategist to work closely with our Product Owner, Product Manager, and Business Partners to understand and act on product performance trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prove Product during Early Adoption: Negotiate early adoption of new products or features with pilot Business Units globally, creating local wins and familiarizing Business Units with ownership of the product.
  • Fully Understand the Product: Serve as a Subject-Matter-Expert on RX platforms, cultivating awareness of the digital products and accompanying developments.
  • Discover Success: Monitor RX shows globally, analyze product performance trends, identify high and low performing shows, collaborate with Business Partners to understand blockers, and create action plans with the Product Owner.
  • Communicate Product Releases: Translate technical notes from the Product Owner into non-technical terms for internal customers and end users; share with relevant stakeholders and create product FAQs.
  • Enable Success with the Product: Create and update engaging, customer-centric user guides, playbooks, and training materials; develop and run training sessions to ensure Digital, Sales and Marketing teams have confidence in the product's value; provide training and support to Business Partners for global product roll outs.
  • Gather and Analyze Data: Create reports on usage, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Project Management: Plan and track adoption of products globally, monitor risks and issues, and report progress.
Requirements:
  • Analytical Thinking: Analyze data trends, understand complex systems, and prepare detailed data analyses and reports.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Documentation and Training Materials: Create clear, concise documentation and training materials that explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling, engaging customer-facing updates in various formats.
  • Audit and Compliance: Knowledge of Agile Principles and Ways of Working in product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Understanding and adapting to different contexts and environments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree: In any field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role or with transferable skills.
  • Skills: Experience working with North Star Metrics, KPIs or SMART goals.
  • Product Expertise: Experience creating and delivering engaging, customer-centric product demos that articulate value and outcomes.
