Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing timely and friendly support to customers via phone calls and live chat, troubleshooting customer issues, and guiding them through step-by-step solutions.

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably remote or e-commerce related.
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people.
