Job Title: Account Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an Account Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by engaging potential customers, sparking interest in our solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

  • Making outbound calls to identify and qualify new leads;
  • Scheduling consultations between prospects and the Sales Team;
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer information;
  • Representing the company professionally in all conversations;
  • Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements;
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports;
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives;
  • Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and responsiveness;
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize lead generation strategies;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong internet connection;
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace;
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift;
