Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Transaction Specialist to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will act as a central hub for client-agent communications, document management, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email.
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents, maintaining a well-coordinated calendar.
  • Maintain and update transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle.
  • Draft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents with high accuracy.
  • Evaluate all transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry regulations.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital ads to promote listings.
  • Manage and update online property listings and social media channels effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting real estate markets.
  • 1+ year of real estate cold calling experience in the AU/NZ market preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM & transaction tools.
  • C1-level English fluency is essential.
