We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about driving business growth through lead generation and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve operational activities, including lead generation and database management.
  • Identify new leads from various sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Create effective touchpoint mechanisms for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurturing until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently following the client's business hours.
