Real Estate Investment Representative

We are seeking a driven and empathetic professional to join our expanding real estate investment team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing challenging life events such as divorce, probate, or financial distress.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning commission on every successful closed deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in daily outbound calls to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Participate in empathetic conversations to understand the seller's situation and provide suitable solutions.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how our solutions can assist them.
  • Closely collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Accurately maintain detailed records in our CRM and follow up to nurture leads.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to engage comfortably with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
Additional Information:

This is a remote US-based role serving homeowners in Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
