This position oversees the daily bank statement processing and cash receipt allocation in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate processing, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meet company targets for team management and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in cash allocations and team management. They will be responsible for performance management, achieving team targets, and leading reconciliation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership: Strong ability to inspire and motivate team members, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey expectations, provide feedback, and lead successful negotiations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Cash Management: In-depth understanding of end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions, including credit, collections, cash allocations, reporting processes, and procedures.
  • Team Management: Proven track record of excellent judgment and decision-making ability, with demonstrated diplomacy, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Education and Experience: University or College degree, 6+ years of experience in a Cash Application function, and 3+ years of experience leading an operational team in a fast-paced AR environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Office software.
