Senior Service Delivery Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our SaaS Operations team as a Senior Service Delivery Consultant. As a key contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing production support and ensuring the relationship is maintained.You will analyze problems and issues that occur in the solutions and system operations of our services at clients' production environments independently, providing convincing and timely solutions within agreed SLAs.Additionally, you will advise and service client users independently on configuration maintenance and enhancement by providing solutions related to the usage of our services and beyond to ensure they use our services in an optimal and future-oriented way.Closely cooperating with other professionals within our organization on a global level by sharing knowledge and ensuring efficient solutions for the client will also be part of your responsibilities.This role requires working on APAC/EMEA shift hours, which may change depending on business needs. A hybrid working arrangement, including two days in office per week, will also be required.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production support and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyze problems and issues, providing solutions within agreed SLAs.
  • Advise and service client users on configuration maintenance and enhancement.
  • Closely cooperate with other professionals within our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management, funds management, or custodian.
  • Experience in operating and supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive nature, service-minded, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a time-sensitive situation.
