Role Summary

  • This position is responsible for delivering direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions.
About the Role

The Loan Specialist will interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to respond to inquiries, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.
  • Develop sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products.
  • Manage the loan through different steps to ensure funding.
  • Prepare loans for the contracting process.
  • Call borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents.
  • E nsure all documents are signed and tracked.
