Warehouse and Supply Chain Expertise

We seek a seasoned logistics professional to drive strategic planning and execution across our global network. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics strategies that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain operations, including transportation management, inventory control, and warehouse optimization. You will oversee the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, and third-party logistics relationships.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results. Your ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions will be invaluable in driving business growth and improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business goals
  • Manage multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Optimize warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and system controls
  • Implement and manage ERP/WMS platforms
  • Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates
  • Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • 7–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
