Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Conduct thorough recruitment and selection processes to identify top talent for open positions.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and optimize HR programs.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology or a related field and with MBA major in Human Resource Management.
  • 3-5 years experience as HS Officer of similar HR role with knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, job evaluation, training and development with excellent knowledge on labor laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Preferably with MBA or a CHRP.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
