Job Overview

This role leads day-to-day execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives, driving milestones to realization and communicating with key stakeholders.

  • Manage various transformation projects across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scaling.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

  • Develop business cases and analyze feasibility.
  • Work closely with consultants to drive project success.
Required Skills

Highly skilled professionals will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate will have exposure to complex improvement and transformation projects, as well as experience collaborating cross-functionally within organizational levels.

  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots.
  • Analytical acumen and ability to streamline complex processes.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
Desirable Qualifications

Preferred certifications include Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt and PMP certification.
