Job Description

At DrKumo, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with online calendars and scheduling tools.

  • Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
  • Operational Requirements: Scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Communication: Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Team Support: Performing tasks related to organization and strong communication, developing administrative staff, and contributing to team effort.
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Availability: Be available to work during PDT Daytime Hours (8AM PDT-5PM PDT)
  • Reporting Skills: Strong reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Administrative Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with ability to create reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to use various software applications
  • Managing Processes: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • Analyzing Information: Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and develop solutions
  • Professionalism: Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Supply Management: Experience with inventory control and supply management
  • Inventory Control: Ability to manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with Technologies: Familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
  • Experience with Software: Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Online Calendars and Scheduling: Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g. Outlook Calendar)
  • Excellent Phone, Email, and Instant Messaging Communication Skills: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Solid Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills with ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
