Job Description

  • Providing operational support to the HR function, including monitoring office supplies, maintaining inventory records, and liaising with government offices.

  • Assisting with employee needs and concerns, and facilitating internal customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in general human resources is required.
  • The successful candidate should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) is an advantage.
