Technical Support Specialist

The role of Technical Support Specialist is a vital position within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to users. This position demands outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tier II support and incident resolution services to customers experiencing hardware, software, and application-related issues.
  • Determine and resolve intricate technical problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Leverage remote tools and techniques to diagnose and rectify problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals to gather information and explain solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one to three years' experience in IT operations or technical service desk roles with international customer-facing exposure.
  • Strong logical reasoning, understanding, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Windows OS, AD, G Suite, MS Office User Administration, and other relevant systems.
  • Capacity to think independently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
