Job Description:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced support tasks to consumers of various levels within the organization. You will work within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team, monitoring personal and team queue incidents, request ticketing system, and ensuring consumers are properly handled and updated. Additionally, you will create and update knowledge articles to improve the quality of service delivery.
