Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat to resolve issues according to service standards.
- Receive and place calls that may require deviation from standard procedures.
- Answer customer calls, orders, service needs, and complaints, and direct to technical or service areas when necessary.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our company's products and services.
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate with service and technical departments.
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned clients, including card activations, payments, and updates.
- Provide standardized responses using client systems and established documentation.
- Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances to experienced representatives or designated departments.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No Relevant Experience Required
- Acquires and applies job skills to complete routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature.
- Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures.
