The Customer Support Specialist is the foundation of our organization, providing exceptional service to customers through online chat, email, and phone calls. This role requires a skilled professional with excellent communication skills, able to clarify customer needs, determine causes, select solutions, and follow-up for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls.
- Clarify customer needs, determine causes, select and explain solutions, and follow-up for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in creating high-quality documentation for internal and customer use.
- Escalate technical issues to the support team.
- Work on specialized projects as you become more proficient in the role.
- English as primary language; secondary languages a plus.
- At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms (or equivalent).
- Ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to develop and adapt to a growing team.
- Highly organized, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Two or more years of customer support experience.
