Business Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional BI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Power BI, DAX, and SQL, as well as proficiency in data modeling and visualization. They will also be able to integrate data from various sources, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Create data models and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and usability of reports.
  • Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) experience
  • Proficiency to deliver business insights and create data visualizations.
