Expert Power BI Developer

Are you a seasoned data professional with a passion for driving business growth through insightful decision-making? We seek an expert Power BI Developer to spearhead our data platform's reporting and consumption layer, utilizing the full potential of Power BI and Azure Data Services.
About the Role- This position demands a technical leader who can design and optimize large-scale enterprise data platforms, providing strategic guidance on Power BI and Azure Data Factory (ADF) adoption.
- We require someone to collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to craft scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Develop and maintain a centralized data platform using Power BI, incorporating best practices from the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by fostering a culture of transparency and trust within the organization.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
- Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources like SAP and Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in hybrid Microsoft-Snowflake environments.
- Able to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting strategic implementation decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
