Process Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analytics Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Enterprise Projects team, this role supports process mining and operational analytics initiatives.

This expert will focus on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms and a strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.

This position requires proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization and familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

The selected individual will work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.

This role involves ensuring data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate process mining platforms such as Celonis or comparable tools.
  • Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into event logs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
