About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires leading a team to automate business processes and implement technology solutions within a tight deadline. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing technical skills, and delivering results-driven outcomes.

  • Lead a team of IT specialists to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation roadmaps and live KPI dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with accounting teams to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks Online processes.
  • Mature Microsoft 365 governance, including Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint/Teams.
Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for automating business processes, building custom applications, and implementing conditional access and data loss prevention policies. They will also lead and mentor team members to achieve exceptional results.

  • Automate business processes using Power Automate and build custom applications on Dataverse.
  • Implement conditional access and data loss prevention policies in Power Platform.
  • Lead and mentor two IT specialists to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop expertise in Power BI and DAX for data analysis and visualization.
Nice-to-Haves

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central APIs and AL basics.
  • Power BI/DAX and Azure expertise.
  • Entra/Intune and RPA Desktop experience.
Work Setup

This role can be done remotely, with occasional in-person collaboration when required.
