Technical Support Specialist Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing user accounts, implementing security and group policy changes
- Administering networking devices such as routers and switches
- Configuring and managing email settings and troubleshooting issues
- Setting up OneDrive access on local computers and troubleshooting issues
- Troubleshooting general issues surrounding unavailable services, printing, and performance
You will also be responsible for:
- Enrolling devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure
- Maintaining daily backups using Datto
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting support issues across various enterprises
- Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and written
- Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
- Ability to support network devices, including Cisco, HP, and Draytek
