Product Packaging Developer Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled product packaging developer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions.

This role combines creativity with attention to detail, ensuring that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring that all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Compliance teams to support in creating new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and translates brand and product needs into clear, compelling packaging solutions.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure that all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
