We are seeking a skilled Packaging Innovations Specialist to develop and implement innovative packaging solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing folding carton structures and chipboard boxes, with a focus on creating custom packaging solutions that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create structural designs for folding cartons based on customer requirements.
  • Develop optimal packaging solutions using various box styles.
  • Evaluate designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine the best packaging structure for their product.
  • Utilize CAD design software to create and modify packaging designs.
  • Maintain detailed records of designs and revisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Designer for Folding Cartons (chipboard boxes).
  • Proficiency in CAD design software is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative packaging solutions.
