Job Title

Accounts Payable Assistant

  • A highly detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for finance and accounting is required to support our Accounts Payable function.
About the Role

This Accounts Payable position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and timely payments to our vendors, while also providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify and process vendor invoices and other documents for accuracy and completeness
  2. Record and charge expenses and accruals to relevant accounts and cost centers
  3. Prepare and make payments to vendors, and resolve any payment discrepancies or documentation issues
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports related to Accounts Payable transactions
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work well under pressure
