Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

Responsibilities
  • Control and follow-up of accounting transactions.
  • Ensuring that reconciliations of customer current accounts and invoicing of foreign exchange differences are carried out together with the relevant team members.
  • Providing support to the accounting manager in guiding the accounting team regarding the registration of accounting and accounting issues in the ERP or other accounting softwares environment and ensuring that the relevant transactions are carried out correctly in accordance with the legislation.
  • Providing support to the accounting team in month-end closing processes.
  • Guiding the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns, forms and other legal notifications and providing support in controls.
  • Providing support to the accounting manager in correspondence and negotiations with tax offices and other official institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences or Business Administration faculty of universities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting practices.
  • Having knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations, following the legislative changes closely.,
  • Experienced in carrying out accounting transactions in accordance with the legislation, accounting procedures and regulations and executing the control mechanism.
  • In charge of trial balance control, month, and year-end closing processes.
  • Ability to manage current account reconciliations.
  • Experienced in payment process and ability to support payment process
  • Experienced in Cost Accounting
  • Experienced in VAT, Withholding, Stamp Duty Declarations, BA-BS Forms, Provisional Tax Declaration, Gekap and Corporate Tax Declarations.
  • E-Invoice, E-Ledger and E-Archive processes.
  • Experienced in accounting softwares, ERP programs
  • Able to use MS Office programs very well.
  • Experienced in payment process
  • Preferably with certified accountant
  • Preferably with global company experience.
  • Having analytical thinking, careful, meticulous, able to follow work, prone to team management and work; Time management, planning, communication skills are strong and responsible.
  • Responsible for EU and APAC Region.
