Are you looking for a career that combines customer service with data entry skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Intake Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering information from clients, and entering data into our case management system. They will also work closely with Account Executives to ensure that all leads are assigned and followed up on.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload. You will also need to be proficient in computer software and have strong typing skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Gather and enter client information into the case management system
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with Account Executives to assign and follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM)
