About this role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement or purchasing support, preferably in the food industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or device and equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Monitor supplier emails, communicate with vendors, and oversee AI automation for vendor communication.
  • Data Accuracy & System Checks: Verify PO details across platforms, identify discrepancies, and maintain the pricing matrix.
  • Inventory Reporting & Tracking: Generate weekly inventory reports, highlight materials pending release, and collaborate with warehouse and receiving teams to resolve inventory concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with the warehouse and receiving teams for smooth goods movement, communicate with 3PL providers, and address scheduling conflicts or delivery delays.
