About the Role

This role involves working as a data entry assistant, providing administrative support to senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience in data management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent accuracy, and be comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools. Additionally, they should possess excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database using specialized software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing using cloud-based tools.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with senior leadership is a plus but not required.
