Administrative Operations Specialist

  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and attending to customer inquiries as required
  • Managing accounts receivables and processing orders
  • Reviewing prices and notifying customers
  • Updating product databases and generating purchase orders
  • Providing HR administration support as needed
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

  Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in call-based customer service roles
  • Prior data entry experience is ideal
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Odoo or SAP, is preferred
  • Fluent in English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
