About this Role

As a seasoned expert in process transformation, you will be responsible for leading clients through complex change initiatives. This involves developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business value.

You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing tailored strategies to achieve them.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Solutions Support: Establishing clear project objectives and scope, identifying areas for process improvement, and participating in client workshops to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Transition/Migration: Developing detailed transition plans, leading client discussions to finalize solutions, and ensuring seamless handover of responsibilities.
  • Service Operations Management: Monitoring and managing the delivery of service operations, ensuring structured delivery to meet business needs.
  • Data & Process Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of data and processes, identifying opportunities for automation or tool implementation, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Change Management: Leading organizational change programs, managing change initiatives, and developing contingency plans to mitigate risk.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly resolving complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing solutions or best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, managing teams of over 50 members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making tools, with experience in ERP or F&A tools
  • Ability to handle multiple global clients and critical issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
