Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center setting. You should also be fluent in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
