About the Role:

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills who can effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints: Listen attentively to customers' concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide product information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
