Role Responsibilities:Job Summary:- We seek a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Manila, Philippines.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers within the corporate sector, focused on the US and LATAM market.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to understand customer needs and tailor pitches to effectively position our solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to manage and track leads, ensuring a systematic and organized approach to outbound sales activities.
- Focus on generating high-quality leads and booking meetings for the Account Manager to further the sales cycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the lead qualification process, optimizing conversion rates and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outbound efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Utilize CRM to process designated orders with direction of Account Manager.
- Deliver license keys to accounts post designated order processing.
- Follow up with account sales contact for satisfaction and future opportunities.
