Senior Business Development Representative

SHIELD is a device-first fraud intelligence platform that helps digital businesses stop fraud and build trust. It offers solutions for device intelligence, ad fraud prevention (AdShield), and a Feature AI Engine to detect new and unknown threats. SHIELD provides risk intelligence to secure platforms across various industries including ride-hailing, social media, e-commerce, digital banking, and gaming. It aims to eliminate unfairness caused by fraud, ensuring safety and trust for both businesses and users.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise, SaaS, or cyber security sales
- Relevant experience covering the US market
- Strong demonstrated capability in converting prospects to qualified deals
Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new clients using social channels and cold calling as well as leveraging your current network of contacts
- Create, develop, and execute an effective sales strategy that will ensure a high-quality pipeline and close rate
- Promote and pitch SHIELD at leading industry events
- Stay up to date on the latest market, competitor, and client developments
- Work with various internal teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration to drive better customer satisfaction
Position: Senior Business Development Representative
Represent SHIELD across the region, identify all potential business opportunities through cold outreach such as cold calling and social platforms (LinkedIn). This involves researching companies, identifying the key business decision makers, and generating leads.
Present and demonstrate SHIELD's solutions to C-suite and relevant business leaders.
Work closely with SHIELD's Subject Matter Experts and Technical Account Managers in performing demos and running trials to close deals.
Update the CRM system with the relevant information. This includes all customer interactions from LinkedIn messages, calls and emails.
