We are seeking an Account Acquisition Executive to join our team at HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions (HGS OSS).
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new accounts and grow existing ones
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards goals
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
