Job Title: L2 IT Service Desk Analyst

This role involves providing technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders by troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues. Key responsibilities include escalating tickets to problem or change requests, collaborating with external vendors to resolve tickets, managing infrastructure for Desktop, Linux, and Windows systems, meeting agreed service level agreements, developing and maintaining knowledge base documentation, overseeing procurement activities and logistics for equipment requests, contributing to IT projects, and performing other tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Desktop, Linux, and Windows infrastructure is also required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to develop and maintain knowledge base documentation, manage procurement activities and logistics for equipment requests, and contribute to IT projects.
