
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.
This role involves responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as prior call center experience and work-from-home experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system

Required Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Prior call center experience
- Work-from-home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Candidates must have the ability to multitask, self-manage effectively, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
