Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Expert Cloud Solutions Provider to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing messaging, communications, and collaboration technologies.

This role demands strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail, adhere to quality standards, and effectively manage time to deliver against agreed KPIs and customer service level agreements.

You will act as an escalation point for the support team, supporting colleagues in resolving complex technical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, creating configuration documentation, and collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved by taking ownership of cases in a 24x7 support environment
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Take ownership of escalated cases, managing communication between customers and vendors

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of several years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background
  • A strong understanding of cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
