We seek a driven and ambitious Financial Director to lead our finance team and provide strategic support to senior management. This role requires ensuring the financial integrity of the finance function, developing strong business planning, financial control, and reporting to maximize efficiency and opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and directing the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to the Board and departments.

• Developing and evolving the Company's financial reporting processes and business systems.

• Supporting the MD in budgetary planning and forecasting processes.

• Ensuring all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls, and reconciliations are performed properly.

• Producing and interpreting management accounts.

• Ensuring the year-end audit is performed correctly.

• Generating and maintaining the group's cash flow and budgeting requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with all tax and statutory matters.

• Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).

• Reporting of budget variances and cost control.

• Training and mentoring.

Requirements:

• An accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA or CIMA.

• 5 to 7 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role (Financial Manager or FD).

• Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.

• Experience working with financial forecasting software an advantage.


Salary: ₱2,700,000 - ₱3,500,000 per month
