Strategic Knowledge Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Knowledge Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management principles and practices, including ITIL v4 and KCS v6 methodologies. They will be able to leverage this knowledge to design and implement effective knowledge management processes, tools, and systems.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a knowledge management framework that supports the development and dissemination of high-quality knowledge articles
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform knowledge management decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to knowledge management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on knowledge management
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective knowledge management processes and systems
  • Expert-level understanding of ITIL v4 and KCS v6 methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
