**Company Overview:** MASE HOLDINGS INC. seeks a skilled Cafe Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Cafe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Cafe, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Motivating frontline staff to consistently deliver store sales objectives.
  • Ensuring optimal product availability at all times.
  • Forecasting, planning, and managing inventory levels.
  • Reviewing sales performance and accurately processing cash and charge transactions.
  • Establishing and enforcing internal control procedures and restaurant policies.
  • Leading shift operations, including food, beverage, manpower, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • FOLLOWING AND IMPLEMENTING FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS.
  • Regularly inspecting work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, including trash removal and pest control.
  • Assisting in hiring and training cafe employees.
  • Participating in cross-training at other cafe stations for learning and development purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a relevant field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Store/Cafe Supervisor.
  • Average communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to be assigned to NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City.
