Relationship Builder and Business Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Relationship Builder and Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Growing and developing customer bases through systematic processes to identify new prospects and contact existing customers to build relationships and educate them on why we are the best choice.

Providing clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates, monitoring and following up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
  • Generate revenue through consultative and relationship building skills
  • Develop and execute proven programs to grow client base, including monthly CE classes and educational events
  • Stay up-to-date with production, estimating, and all aspects of the business
  • Promote safety guidelines while working in the office and traveling
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships and create win-win situations
  • Comfortable setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines, ability to present yourself professionally in a sales-based setting
  • Ability to learn and develop new professional skills in a fast-paced environment
